As part of the project, contractors will construct new clarier and aeration tanks, which will nearly double the capacity of the plant from 9.6 million gallons per day to 16 million gallons per day by December 2015.6 City of Buhl The City owns and operates a municipal wastewater treatment plant that provides secondary treatment and disinfection of wastewater prior to discharge to a drainage ditch which discharges to the East Fork of Mud Creek.
