A spur line comes o the mainline at Minidoka, running past Acequia, Rupert, Burley, and Paul, terminating in Twin Falls. The railroad serves a valuable function in the transportation of freight, mostly agricultural produce from the area.Major Interstates/HighwaysThere are approximately 15.5 miles of Interstate, 71.68 miles of state highways and 607.68 miles of local roads within the county. The Minidoka County Highway District serves the unincorporated areas of the county and cooperates in assisting the cities.
