The project is adapting the INL-developed Standardized Plant Analysis Risk - Human Reliability Analysis (SPAR-H) from nuclear power to petroleum applications. The report will be published by the Norwegian Petroleum Authority and serve as a standard for use in North Sea safety. INL partnered with X-energy on Advanced Reactor Concept Development X-energy was awarded funding to work with INL on developing an advanced reactor concept for industry. The award will support the company’s efforts to advance its XE-100 high- temperature gas-cooled reactor concept toward an actual demonstration reactor. Other partners on the proposal include ORNL, BWX Technologies, SGL INC., Teledyne and Oregon State University.
